apologize in advance to admins but i couldn't find a quick answer to this after searching. there's a 20% off sale at koreandvds.com to new customers (see coupons and bargins section). can i play these dvds on my USA wal-mart dvd player? if so, any suggestions? is there a dumbed down FAQ to regional dvds? more apologies to admins.

Get your model number and check it there, there may be a trick. I got a Phillips DVD642 from Wsal-Mart and just opened the trat, pressed 7,8,9,ok,0 on my remote and it was Region free and converted PAL to NTSC.
