Region 1 to Region 0 Conversion???? (1 Viewer)

Is it possible to convert a Region 1 NTSC DVD Player to NTSC/PAL Region 0 MultiRegional DVD Player by entering specific codes into the DVD Player? I don't think you can but I am not sure and that is why I am asking. I have the Sony DVP-NS500V

Not for that model, but there are models out there that support that feature, but those models (Apex 3201 and Daewoo 5800, 2 models off the top of my head) tend to be of lower quality, and made for the Asian countries.
