Oh, wow ... Red Dawn ... eyeballed this DVD at Wal*Mart recently. I remember renting the VHS(!)copy way back when. I was home alone at the time, and the school yard scene (I think it was at the beginning) made me jump and yell! The thoughts of horror at something happening like that really made me think. Haven't seen it since then, but I may just have to swing by Wal*Mart next week and get it! I actually was one who enjoyed it.

The problem with this DVD is that the sub-titles appear in the black bars, rendering it useless for those with 16:9 displays. I'm as left as they come, but count me in as one who finds this film good, campy fun.
