I'm looking for an SPL meter (digital) for calibration. I've always borrowed a friends but I think its time for me to get my own. Just let me know where I can get one and for what price. Thanx!

Why Digital?
It seems to me that the radio Shack Analogue SPL meter is the 'default' around here from what I have read, and is something like $40 I think.
Are you looking for something better? If so, what price range?
Give more info, and get more relavent responses.

I said digital because I didn't think the bass average that my friend and I take using Video Essentials, can't be done with an analog meter. I'm looking for one uder $75. Thanx

You should be able to get the Radio Shack digital SPL meter for about $60. The digital meter’s time-lapsed averaging feature is very useful for bass frequencies, where the level is typically not stable. Check this page from Radio Shack’s website.
