Recommend an amp for Paradigm Mon. 7 & Marantz SR7200? (1 Viewer)

I recently purchased the marantz to try and open up and warm up my bright sounding paradigms, but I'm still not happy. I am interested in purchasing an amp to add to the system, but I am fairly ignorant of what is out there.

Rotel was recommended to me because of its entry level price and warm sound. Can anyone recommend something else, or perhaps something with a list of products in a similar price range?

An amp is probably not going to warm things up too much. The Monitor line is bright; not Klipsch bright, but certainly not what I would call warm. If you can check with a local Rotel dealer and see if they will let you borrow an amp you will get the best idea of whether or not it will modify the sound enough, but I doubt it. Marantz is already relatively warm, and Rotel is not too much moreso.
