Recommend a setup for a small room (1 Viewer)

Hi!
My first post and my first question here at the same time.
I have very small apartment but I’d like to turn my living room into a home theater. The room itself is not bright, I guess it won’t be a problem since I prefer to watch movies in the evening. No screen at the moment so I’m planning to use it on a light grey wall first. Distance is about 6-7 feet.
My budget is around 600-700$, if it’s possible.
I’ve found several options at the moment and currently I’m asking for advice. I’m not a professional, so any advice would be helpful.
1/ Benq HT1070A
2/ BenQ MW632ST
3/ Optoma EH200ST - found a used one to fit on a budget.

Also should I get a separate sound system or in-built speakers would be fine?

The built-in speakers on projectors are horrible, worse than TV speakers, in my opinion.
