im looking for receivers with pre amp out,are they any cheap, less costley out there.
The Kenwood VR-510 has preamp outs for all channels (5 channels + sub), and can be had for $399 + $25 shipping. It also has THX Select cert. and PLII.
The Marantz line also has preouts at low price levels. Their 5200 I think has preouts and can be had for about $375. I am certain the 6200 has them at $480. Then there is the Denon 2802 at $500. And the Denon 1802 at $325 which I think has preouts for the C, R, & L channels. These are all lowest online street prices BTW, and may or may not come with warranties.

the vr 510 looks like a great value. like they say im upgrading.I couldnt find a pre amp with componet switching for a decent price. I have 2 avs 46 plus comming that took a big chunk out of the budget.but if I can use a receiver with out loseing a lot I can put that money into the amp budget.I never never listen to music,dvd,hdtv is my main intrest.does anyone know what frequency the componet sw
