Receiver and DVD (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for a surround receiver for around $200, i want it to have DTS, optical and coaxial input. I was looking at this any ideas?

I was also looking for a dvd player with proggressive scan for under 100,

I saw this
Sony 6.1-Channel Surround Sound Receiver for under 200

and this
Sony DVD Player (DV-PNS425P) it has proggressive scan and digital audio out

Pioneer VSX-D514 is usually well under $200 at Circuit City or Best Buy, much better than Sony.

Under $100 for a prog-scan DVD is easy, go with a Sony, Toshiba, Panasonic, or JVC. Supposedly the Sony DVD players do better audio if you're going to use it to play music too.
