Rear Window 1954 film score (1 Viewer)

The main title track for Rear Window popped into my head and I was wondering if there is a soundtrack album for this movie, I don't see one. I guess it's not a surprise as the film relied more on the music and sounds coming from the courtyard outside of Jeff's window as a soundtrack. I saw a cover version of the title track, but I'd prefer to find a CD of the actual recordings. Anyone know if there was one?

There's one track from the film on the City of Prague Philharmonic's cd of Hitchcock recordings but yeah slim pickens because there isn't much music in the film and what is there isn't very memorable.
