Rear speakers - angled down or straight across? (1 Viewer)

Just curious as to what people have found to be the best positioning for rear bookshelf speakers. Mine are on a stand-like surface about 1 foot above the listening position, and slightly to the rear. I'm considering using a doorstop to angle them down towards the listening position, like I've done with my center speaker.

At that height I would probably leave them pointing straight at each other. I have mine angled down, but they are about 10' behind and 6' above the listening postion. so I angled them to get the tweeters to converge at the sweet spot.
