Rear Speaker Height? (1 Viewer)

dedicated theatre room
side surrounds ht. between 6-7' as I've read here b4
riser about 10" high
seats only a ft. away from back wall due to short room
if I put the rears at the same ht. that only puts them about a foot above viewers heads
is this OK?
I can go up about another ft.
would this be better?
back speakers will be recessed into columns, as sides are
speakers are M & K SS-150's

Tweeters of speakers should be at height of your ears when you're sitting down. Not sub or center, but the other four (2 fronts and 2 rears). Placement of speaker is a different matter.
