"Reaper" coming in November to DVD! (1 Viewer)

According to TVShowsOnDVD.com Reaper will be coming to dvd November 4th. It will have all 18 episodes plus bonus features. It will be released by Lionsgate who licensed the rights from Walt Disney Studios.

I had recorded these when they aired because you never know with a new show when/if it's going to get a dvd release. I'm glad to hear that it's going to get the treatment it deserves. My favorite new show of the season, easily on the same level as Psych, and in some ways even better. Gotta love Sock! I think he's the show's break out talent.

Good news, actually a little earlier than I thought. I expected it around December/January.

I'll get this because I suspect the show has some character development that is easily missed if you just catch one or two episodes now and then. I've caught one or two episodes now and then and with such superficial viewing the plot seems to be that the main guy stares dreamily at the girl he likes at work, then him and his buddies kill an escaped demon (and he chats with the devil after his first attempt fails), and then repeat next week. But there's got to be more to it than that and I am looking forward to finding out what it is!

Cool. This means both of my favorite new shows (Reaper & Chuck) are coming out on dvd, which I hope is a good sign for their future.

What I like about the show is the chemistry between Sam, Sock and Ben. You really believe they are friends and hang out together. Plus, Ray Wise's portrayal of the devil is great. And Ted is very funny.

Plus...I can never get enough of....
