    Is there a support phone # for Sony home theater or speaker products? I have visited their web site but they don't seem to give any option other than E-mail or FAQs on the

    site?? Help please!

    Good luck! I emailed them ( 1 week ago) after getting permission to sent my original email (you have to jump thru hoops to send them email....0 and have yet to hear anything.

    I saw a similar thread in the home theatre spot regarding this issue without any answers.

    Almost 5 years with that company and I can't remember a single help number. How pathetic. You could try 800.222.7669 if nothing else, that can give you connection to other numbers.

    The support from Sony truely sucks. If you have a problem I suggest finding your local Sony-affiliated service center and seeing if they can resolve the problem.

    If you have never had the pleasure of visiting the Sony helpline, you are in for a real treat. Get ready to listen to 10 menu items, each of which takes you to another menu with ten more items. You will literally spend 45 minutes on the phone without ever being able to talk to a human being. You will end up so frustrated and pissed off that you will want to trash your Sony product. Been there and done that. Good luck.
