Despite being a huge fan of the series, I haven't seen this yet (camping all weekend, busy week ahead, etc), not that my ten bucks would've helped much: it only took in 10 million over the opening weekend! Even with a budget of only 30 million, that's an appalling low number. I can't imagine Fox will even consider a third movie now, which is heartbreaking.... the 2012 alien colonization (or prevention thereof) will likely never make it to the screen now.
