Genetics doesn't work that way. Without getting in depth, haven't you ever seen a child taller than both parents? Also, if parents with blue and green eyes marry, the children don't have yellow eyes. There's also dominant and recessive traits.
The original premise for Superman attributed his abilities to being created in a solar system with a red sun. The increased gravity there resulted in greater body (bone, muscle, etc.) density and strengh, which led to his other abilities.
This means Superman may be made from similar stuff, but not the same stuff. When it comes time for offspring, would the offspring have muscles made of what Superman's made of, what Lois is made of, or some combination? Maybe when it comes to the things that makes superman Superman, those traits are rather dominant (especially when going up against human DNA).
I think there's enough room for ambiguity to explain a superkid even if only one parent is super. Anyway...
