RCU810 remote and Kenwood 509 Question (1 Viewer)

Anyone have the RCA RCU810 universal remote with a Kenwood VR-509 receiver? I just got the remote and was able to program all my devices flawlessly except my receiver. I was able to enter a few commands like I wanted, but it still doesn't seem right. If anyone has this combo, what "code" are you using, and as what device? (ie. Amp, Tuner, etc..)
Any suggestions?

check out www.hifi-remote.com/jp1 for info on hacking your RCU810 remote. i've got the same one and with the info at the above site, you can program pretty much anything to any button on the remote. be forewarned, it will take a bit of work to get it all going, but once you do, these remotes are incredible...
