On my remote the setup icon is missing. I am not sure what happend but how do I get it back.

Matt- Are you sure this isn't normal? After initial setup the icon could dissapear by design. This should not mean though, that you can't re-access your setup. Check the OM for references and explainations which should be present if this is indeed the case.
