That's a very good question.

When I posted the preorder I was looking to see who was releasing it, thinking it might be WB under an MGM distribution deal.

No, it was instead MVD, which generally, releases B-titles.

Got the Blu Ray which to my memory is okay but if this results in an improvement will definitely upgrade.

MVD keeps pushing this release back as its release date is now May 30th.

I would hope it's a new Blu-ray since they're releasing it the same day as this 4K disc.
