Radeon 7500 and Region Free DVD-ROMs (1 Viewer)

Can someone give me a specific model number of a DVD-ROM drive that's either region free or very easily hackable

Also, How is the S-Video output on the Raedeon? I don't have component/HD capability at the moment, so that's what I'd have to use

I also currently have a Sound Blaster Live Value card, I heard there was some kind of voltage problem on the SPDIF port? How can I solve that problem? I'd really like to go HTPC, but I don't want to if it looks like crap you know?

Most of the new drives have region coding built into the firmware. The older drives did not. Have a look at this site which has some very good info.
