So sorry to hear this, Ron. I remember Packy from the HTF 2000 meet in LA and from the GoFundMe when he lost his nursing job and was in a difficult insurance transition because of his health issues a while back. I haven't been on here much lately and I missed the notice that Susan had passed away. To me, you and he ARE the HTF, and I'm sad to hear of his passing at such a young age. Sincere condolences to you and to his family.

Very sad to hear this...
Having known Parker since our old days of HTF Meets in LA and the Cruise, he was a continued presence in this group.
Like Ron, I last reached out to Parker after hearing his wife passed on FB. In retrospect I see his brother mentioned Parker's passing in response to people posting Bday wishes - Parker passed on his birthday.
RIP...

Aw, this is terrible news. I didn't realize Parker's wife had passed last year. So sorry to hear this, Ron— my deepest condolences.

Parker was the one mostly responsible for me hanging around the HTF in the really early years (1999-ish) for a good decade run here. He enjoyed my DIY postings way back when things were not so easily ordered online or now 3D printed, or CNC'd, as I chronicled my forays into woodworking and speaker/subwoofer design and construction, which led to being asked to join the HTF moderating team a quarter of a century ago (tempus fugit!). I was lucky enough to meet him at one of the HTF-Hollywood meets in the 2000s.

RIP Packy.

Those Sonotube Subwoofers were epic, dude. I think back on those threads of yours all the time. :D Parker had good taste.

Sad to hear this. I remember Parker from the earliest days of the HTF. Far, far too young.

Beautiful tribute Ron.
