Darren McGavin died today at approximately 7:10 A.M. Pacific time.

Sad to hear this, probably remember him best as Carl Kolchak, The Night Stalker.

I can't say I knew of him all that much, but I have seen "A Christmas Story" several times. He was really fantastic in his role, and I am sure he was just as good in everything else he did. Oh and Billy Madison.

He will be missed.
