I have a closet door in my theater that opens up into a concrete area on the underside of my front door stairs. It is probably about 12ftx6ftx10ft in volume.. Couple quick questions:
-if I made it into in IB, would it be loud outside where my front stairs/door are? Wouldn't want people outside to hear the bass.
-does the area have to be completlely empty and sealed?
-does it matter that the front baffle would face an open area behind the seating postion?
    -dual tumults? [IMG]

Yes I have an IB installed. Loving it. Mine has a pair of Dayton 15" IB with 150W to each one.

Behind the seating placement is usually not the best place for an IB.
The "Cult" FAQ page should have the answers to your other questions, and includes info on how to test and see if a certain placement will work.
