    Hello,
Please forgive me my "n00bness", but I have a question.
Would I need Avia's Guide to Home Theater DVD after I get my TV professionally calibrated..?
I'm getting ISF-trained specialist to calibrate my 32HFX72, but do I need to shell out $80 CAD for the DVD as well..?

    Thank you very much.

Vitali, do you also have Home Theatre 'Audio', surround speakers etc etc.

    Check out Avia's website:
    http://www.ovationsw.com/avia.html
to see what is on the DVD.

I have found it extremely helpful setting up my surround system. Once your TV has been calibrated, you may still at times want to perform 'basic' adjustments to it yourself and having the DVD for the test patterns etc would certainly be worth it. The amount of information and advice that is on the disc easily covers the price in my opinion.

FYI amazon.ca sells it for 60 dollars CDN plus shipping:
