I'd asked about washing dvd's in a thread (which I can't seem to find) about a dvd being stuck onto a popcorn bag. A couple of people posted about how the butter stuff had gotten onto the disc ... so I wondered about washing. I have those dry wipe things for fingerprints, but if the neice/nephew ever got sticky fingers on any of my discs, is there a way to very carefully wash them off??
I have washed my discs once (well Terminator ans silence of the lambs) as they had some residue on them (the famous glue or something (UKdiscs) and that's fine. Just don't use anything that can attack plastic (ie solvents)
