I know information on this DVD changer is scarce right now, but hopefully I can get a few answers to some questions I have. If not, I'll probably buy it anyway and pass along my impressions.

Does anyone know if Denon has fixed the subtitle problems that the 1805 had? Also, how is the menu speed (ie navigating thru a disk)? There's no DVD-Audio, but I'm still curious as what type of audio quality (for regular CD's) I might expect from this unit. And, does the 2mb buffer really eliminate noticable layer changes?

    Thanks for any info guys!

I sent you a e-mail Chris but I forgot to tell you about the subtitle question. I have had no problem with that at all. Naving threw a disk is a brease, very fast and clean.
IMO .. Its worth every penny of the $349.99 SRP especialy when Im watching the simpsons or king of the hill season sets.

Thanks for the info Eric. Hoping to pick one up in the next week or so, and I'll pass along my impressions of the unit.
