After some debate on whether to upgrade or save my $600 I woke up this morning and decided to save for something bigger down the road. People in two forums straighned my a$$ out and made me think straigh. Thanx guys.
    QUESTIONS:
After much thinking i decided on picking up a SPL meter and the Sound and Vision dvd. First off. Shou i get the Analog for $35 or Digital for $50?
Next, will i see a massive difference once everything is calibrated????????
I really need help calibrating cause I admit, I am not as smart as you guys. There is some talk about Reference leveland blah blah blah but that stuff is foreign to me. Could you guys help me get me setup. Speaker placement ect.....
Eveything has been set since Christmas but i feel im missing out on something

    Anyway, Here is my setup
    Kenwood VR-507
    JBL Ncenter
    JBL N26 Fronts
    JBL N24 Rears
    SAWM40 Sub
All are hooked up with 16ga Monster HP wire and monster cables.
Each front/center has 10ft wire each and the rears have 30ft/ea,

all things come to he who waits...
go to Basics Area Forum and find Begineers Primer and FAQs esp. Section III and Vince Maskeeper's Brief Calibration Overview.
G'luck (and stick with the $35 RS analog meter, sted of $60 digital) Go ahead and use 75dB as "reference level" with the S&V disc.
