Question Regarding HDMI/DVI Cable for Pioneer Plasma (1 Viewer)

I just bought the Pioneer Plasma PDP-5071 (which has NO DVI inputs)....

Im a bit confused on the cables i should use to maximize my TV's picture quality ...

Both my Cable Box & DVD player have both DVI & Composite outputs & DOES NOT have any HDMI's

Would it be wiser to use a DVI-to-HDMI cable for both devices ??? (dvi from cable box/dvd player going into tv)

Or should i just continue to use the basic RGB composites?

What would give me the best possible picture?

...Thanks in advance for any replies

The PDP-5071HD has two HDMI inputs. You will achieve the best picture quality from your Cable Box and DVD Player by purchasing DVI to HDMI Cables. I would recommend purchasing 28AWG cables from Monoprice:

As DVI does not carry audio, don't forget to purchase digital coax or optical audio cables to connect to your receiver.
