I need to buy a budget subwoofer to compliment my system. My options are narrowed to these:
    JBL S120PII
    TANNOY mXsub 10-M
    M&K K-10
    Athena P3
    M&K VX7

Which of these would be a better choice for a small room? Accuracy for electronic music mainly is needed...

Tom Vodhanel himself advised me to acquire the S120PII. It just happens that my dealer doesn't have it available, and I'm doing an upgrade. So I'd have to quit the upgrade and keep my stuff to acquire the referred unit. I could also get the Def Tech PF15TL+ for twice the price of those I listed, but it seems it's not worth the price.

Others may have more courage, but I’ll not be the one to give an opinion when a real expert has already rendered one.

Well, he's rendered his opinion, but not among all of these subwoofers. He said that the S120PII is a better value compared to the Sunfire True MKIV. But not when comparing to these other options.

I used to have the MK1 version of the M&K VX7, I would take those over all of em if was just for accuracy and low to medium volume levels, it packed a mighty punch for its size though. It could never be localized, but in output, it couldn't keep up with my old main speakers.

And the MK K-9 was the follow up to the VX7 MK2. So its output might be as low. Guess it'd not be worth it for me, then. Or has it improved? Any more thoughts on this?
