i have a 16:9 tv that locks into "full" with 480p signal, which Silent Hill 2 supports.

i bought the xbox version so i could turn off the "noise filter", but have found that much of the text rolls off the edges of the screen, especially the title screen.

I don't have THAT much overscan on my tv - has anyone else had this problem? it just doesn't seem to fit the screen right.

    thanks

I didn't have any problems playing it on my Toshiba (16:9) 40x81?

so on the main title screen, you guys aren't seeing the edges of the "S" and "2" cut off of the title?

by the way - to get to the secret menu to turn off noise filter - press both triggers when in the option menu.

taking off the noise filter is a REVELATION.
