Do other people with Time Warner Scientic Atlantic High Def boxes have trouble with them acting sluggish? Specifically wwhen trying to change channels. My wife is complaining and actually wants to get rid of the box, if you can believe that!

The 2000HD box definitely does seem buggy. Sometimes mine will totally lock up and then turn off inexplicably and appear as if it's receiving a software update. I don't know what the cause of this is.
One thing that really irks me about the 2000HD box is the fact you can't turn off the stupid display on the front of it, which is possible with the regular 2000 box.

    Lou,
The 2000hd is very slow changing channels. Once an HD channel pops up, it does not bother me anymore. My suggestion would be to buy your wife jewelry every time she complains about your home theater. Thats what I have to do everytime I buy a new component. :) Will

Man, If I did that I'd be in the poor house in no time [IMG].
However the box does seem to be responding better now.
