is there an option that'll change the tilt of the entire
screen in the system menu of a HDTV?
is so what is it usually called?

It may be called "tilt" or "skew" in the service menus. A severe tilt, however, may need to be fixed by adjusting the yoke on the back of the CRT. Is this a direct view or RPTV you're talking about?
