Does the Ref 20 have an analog bypass or direct option that bypasses the internal DACs and bass management? I know the ref30 does, but I was just wondering. Also is does it have 24/96hz Dacs?

The Ref 30 has analog bypass as well as 96/24 DAC and ADC.
