Question about xbox storage (1 Viewer)

The recent price drop has gotten me thinking about purchasing an xbox, but I'm not sure where in my entertainment unit I would put it. I was wondering if the xbox required alot of breathing room on top, or if the ventilation area was located in the back. I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

It gets pretty darn hot on top. IIRC there isn't an air intake on top, but you'd want to give it some breating room on top (heat rising and all.) I'd at least give it a couple of inches.
