    Hello, folks.

I'm wondering if I should upgrade my current telly to a Hitachi 24" Flat Screen with component output. The thing is, I don't know whether or not Hitachi has the TV in the specs I'm looking for. Any suggestions? Oh, I'm looking for one with a digital comb filter. I also don't want any overscan.
    help!

Post questions about monitors and displays here in the Display Devices section. Also, I think you mean "component inputs" when talking about that Hitachi, not "component output."

Oh, yeah. I'm such a goon! [IMG]
I would think output if it was coming from the DVD player. You're correct.

All TV's will have a little overscan from what I understand, not enough that you would ever notice though. If the Hitachi is flat screen with a component input, I am sure it has a digital comb filter. Help us out and give us the specs, or model...

    It is actually Sony.
    Sony 24" Trinitron® WEGA® Flat-Screen TV
    Brand/Model: SON KV24FV300

I'm not sure if I can afford this at this moment. Oh, well.
