Question about this reciever on EBAY (1 Viewer)

Hi guys. My question is that I am looking for a cheap reciever to power a pair of paridigm atoms or the Athena AS-B1 bookshelf speakers, are these powerful enough for them?? http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...tem=1346492966 or
