I know that there is an English release in some other country that has all the song covers intact with a Saban logo at the end instead of a DiC logo, but I can't find any info on what release this is or what country it came from

I think it was only a partial amount of the series released there, not all.

I believe that was the single-disc volume released in the U.K. I have a couple of them and can confirm that the cover songs are intact. However, they didn't make it very far in before the releases stopped. IIRC, there is a third volume, so the entire run only covered the first 12 episodes or so. The YouTube link that Vahan provided is your best bet for getting what you're looking for. I believe that most of them are cut in such a way that the audio can be combined with the video from US Shout Factory DVD releases if you want higher quality video.
