question about the DTS DEMO disc's

    i juts bought some of them and i noticed that matrix and star wars demos are on these dvds...... now i know matrix and star wars dvds did not come with a dts track, where did they get a dts track of the movies when the origianl movies never came in dts?

    DTS is simply an audio compression system; the fact that a film was not presented theatrically in DTS doesn't mean it cannot be presented in DTS on DVD. The source audio (master) is simply compressed using the audio format or formats a disc's producers choose.
