Is there anything french on the cover? I´ve been thinking about buying the set from Canada but i´m allergic to french covers... The set is much cheaper in Canada considering shipping and such.
So, if anyone has bought it from dvdsoon or dv-depot, plaese let me know.

I saw it on the shelves....it looks like there's a detachable wraparound flap with the bilingual stuff on it (like what Universal Canada did with their Scarface DVD-it's not attached to the package itself). Unfortunately, I can't confirm what's inside the inner case since I wasn't particularly interested in it and did not buy. Perhaps there's someone out there who bought it who would like to comment?

    Thanks for the answers.

    Michael Perez:
Reminds me of the 8 Mile DVD I bought from canada.. The cover was dubbel sided. The first side had english text and the second side had french text. "That´s fantastic!!!" I thouhgt until I saw the spine. The spine was bilingual on both sides... So the title came up twice in english and french:
    "8 Mile / 8 Mile"

Totally IDIOTIC!! That just makes the dubbel sided covers idea obsolete. WHO makes the decisions?!?!
    *sigh*

So, now I just wanna know if Taken has something similar idiotic on it´s cover.

    Does it?

Well the Taken dvd boxes I have seen in my local Canadian stores have no french on the outside at all.

Ok, just received the box. It looks fantastic with it´s metallic touch (what do you call it? Like the waves on the cover of Finding Nemo?).. Though there was some french on it, way at the bottom. "I guess it´s ok" I thought until i ripped of the plastic.

The french writing was a detachable backcover just like LotR:EE and Indy Jones had. BRILLIANT!! No french and $20 cheaper!

Thanks guys (specially Greg Madsen) for the answer.
Now I just hope the series doesn´t suck!
