I believe the lenticular lens is the outermost one that has vertical ridges on the outer surface.
A fresnel lens (as far as definition goes) is composed of multiple prisms. This is the type of lens used on a car's tail lights which allows a small bulb to project a large amount of visible light. If you look at the inside surface of a tail light lens you'll see a bunch of small pyramid-like prisms. I'm not sure where it resides as far as RPTV lens sets, but it is one of the inner ones.

As stated, the Fresnel (pronounced frey-nel) amplifies the light and the lenticular redirects it.
