Does subscribing to the live feed give you access to the bathroom cameras?

No it gives you access to 4 different cameras and a broadband edition which is the same thing just with buffering rates of arouind 250 KB a second. I use that since I have DSL.

It could. I know during the free trial period that I saw a conversation in the bathroom between Bunky and Sheryl. Granted, this was in the morning before most everyone else was up.
Essentially the producers pick four cameras which they will let you see. They can at any time have the feed switch to the front of the house if there's something they don't want you seeing or hearing. I have seen it where two cameras were following one conversation, essentially giving you a close-up and wide shot.
For the record, I have not paid for the live feeds. Grr!
