    Good transfer, terrible movie.

    So the movie was no good I take it? I just reserved it for Saturday night. Maybe I should change it.

    Well...it wasn't the WORST thing I've ever seen...but they sure butchered the books it was based on...

    Agreed, movie sucks a semi-OK rental at best.

    Okay, unless I get some better opinions of the movie then I will wait for it to play on HBO.

    I just watched this flick last night.
    As a Vamp flick it's not that bad. Nothing new is brought into the mythology and it's a pretty much paint-by-the-numbers type of movie, but it's got some style and some pretty good f/x. If Vamp flicks are your bag, I say give it a rental.
    The transfer and audio mix are both excellent.
    Now as a follow up to Interview or an adaptation of Anne Rice's novels it's a piss poor attempt at movie making [​IMG]
