Not true. I'm almost positive that Monsters Inc. lost its sound effect's only track in favor for a french audio track. There are others but that's the only one that comes to mind.

They also left off the 4:3 version of Monsters Inc., which makes the missing SFX only track even more ridiculous. After all, it couldn't have been space issues.
