Morning all,
I do feel that I am going to get banned from this forum for keep asking questions. lol.
But here goes.
Some of you know that I have just set up a new toy. Onkyo 5.1.2 s/s/system.
My next task is to connect my PS4 to the system and have the correct sound settings.
I have searched online, but damn, there are so many people out there with completely different ideas on how this is to done.
For you information this is how I have things set up thus far:
PS4 -> surround sound system via HDMI.
Surround sound system -> TV via HDMI.
Optical cable -> surround sound system.
TV does not have ARC, if that helps.
Turn on surround sound system and PS4. Select the correct channel on remote to display PS4 on TV.
Sound and picture. Great.
But I have heard there are specific sound settings you need to complete with either the PS4/TV/Surround sound system to totally recieve the perfect sound.
Anyone else gone through this that would be willing to point in the right direction or have advice.
Anything would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks guys.
