Only in Japan. Games are $59.99 in the US. Just check Sony's own store for that, along with the dozen other retailers that already have preorders up. Some for even less.

Well in Canada expect a price tag between 69.99 and 79.99$. Dealer cost for all PS3 games is over 60$CAN.
