PS2 Gameshark and Code Breaker compatibility (1 Viewer)

The Dreamcast Code Breaker was compatible with Gameshark codes (but not vice-versa), but I can't find anything stating whether or not the PS2 version is also compatible with Gameshark codes.

Anyone know if you can use Gameshark codes on the PS2 Code Breaker?

FYI, in case anyone is interested. I found one at a local store, and it advertised compatibility with Gameshark codes. Tried out a FFX code & it worked like a charm. Unfortunately, like the Dreamcast version, it doesn't accept keyboard input.
