PS2 & DD Troubles (1 Viewer)

I'm having trouble getting DD to work on the PS2. DVDs are fine. I only seem to be able to get PL. Any ideas? The games I was trying are Nascar 2002 and MGS2. Both clearly indicate DD on the package.

I'm not sure about Nascar 2002 but I believe MGS2 is only DD during the cut scenes. So DD would not be available during regular gameplay. I'm not sure if that helps...

OK, that would explain things then. That's kind of misleading....
