PS Audio Power Director...or something like it? (1 Viewer)

Anybody got one of these or understand clearly how it works? I've currently got a PS Audio Ultimate OUtlet, PS AUdio Juice Bar and a Niles IPC-12 POwer controller/conditioner. This is far more outlets than I need and I want to collapse to a single conditioner/switcher for my whole system. I think the Power Director just might be that piece. View it here:

What I'm looking for is a conditioner that can permit options for "always on", switched, and delayed on with enough protection to cover my whole rig.

My system is actually quite simple. Here's what I'm trying to connect and how I want it controlled:
1 5 ch. amp (delayed on)
1 2 ch. amp (delayed on)
1 sub amp (delayed on)

Pre/pro (switched)
CD (switched)
DVD (switched or always on)
VCR (always on)
Video Processor (switched)
IR repeater (always on)
X-10 controller (always on)

Will the Power Director do the job?
Other 1-box products I should consider?

Thanks for any perspectives!

if you own your own home Paul, you'll get superior protection by installing a whole house surge device. they're more effective and will protect all the electronic devices in your home for a cost per protected device far more attractive than point of use devices. once you've done that, you can direct your attention to devices that meet your switching and what not requirements as well as provide attenuation for power glitches and what not.
