    HT is still under construction.
I was about to insulate and close in the walls when I decided to stare at the wiring I had put in for the sub and the rears. Plus, looking at the amps on the SVS powered subs..I think I may have found that I have an inadequate amount of wires for the sub.
What is the proper way to wire the sound for a sub?
Does the sub need a full left/right stereo wiring setup?
I only have 1 +/- speaker cable running to the sub out box.
Powered sub = RCA plugs on the wallplates?
    passive sub = binding posts?
    Thanks for any info

If you're using an SVS PC model, then you'll just need to run one RCA cable from the receiver to the wall plate behind the sub.

No need to run the speaker wire unless you're going to run a sub/sat system and not use the LFE out on your receiver.
