Hey, everyone, I'm still kind of naive on many types of HT hardware, so sorry if this seems like a dumb question, but can anyone confirm the validity of this and this? Sounds too good to be true, but I don't know.

I saw one of those things the other day in another thread. It was some kind of homemade lens that magnifies a TV image. Let me just go on record as saying you get what you pay for.

I remember the early days of "color" and everyone was buying these multi-colored plastic screens that hang over your black and white screen turning it to "color".
I guess 9.99 is not bad for the 20 oz diet coke that comes with it. . .
