Well, as I mentioned in my post about *.vob files, I have been having problems capturing from my DV camcorder.Using Sonic MyDVD (included wth my DVD burner), after the program says it has copied the entire tape, claiming to have a filesize of ~3.5 GB, the size I am left with has been less than 150 GB, and has only captured the first couple minutes of video. I have yet to find a solution to this problem.

So, I now search for new software that has the ability to capture from DV. Right now, that's basically all I'm looking for, is the ability to capture.

If anyone has suggestions for programs that might be able to do this, please, send them forward.

    Greatly appreciative,
    Mark

I use Pinnacle's Studio 8 for capturing, editing and burning to DVDs.
